With a strong background in Civil Engineering and over 3 years of on-site experience, I have now transitioned into the field of Property Valuation and Project Appraisal. As a Technical Officer at ICICI Bank, I have been responsible for visiting properties to assess the progress and valuation of work, appraising the market value of properties offered as security for loans, verifying documents like building approvals, plans, estimates, etc., and recommending loan amounts based on site observations and assessment of documents. Additionally, I have managed relationships with customers and channel partners and provided guidance to customers in the real estate scenario. In my previous role as an Executive Engineer at Alembic Ltd, I monitored the progress of work according to approved construction schedules, anchored on-site construction activities, managed multiple works such as surveying, site execution, site clearance, plumbing, electrical and development civil works, and ensured completion of projects within time and cost parameters. As a Trainee Civil Engineer at Alembic Real Estate, I ensured full-time site supervision, and the implementation of quality work as per specifications, reviewed progress through area schedules, and look ahead schedules. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Gujarat Technological University and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, I have also acquired licenses and certifications in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit Architecture 2018.
