PROFILE: Losing his father at the age of 15, with only 426 INR (5 USD) in the bank and huge debts to clear off urged a young Amit to work odd jobs as a factory worker, salesperson, cashier and bartender to bring in cash until graduation. Struggling to speak fluent English, and battling with facial paralysis four times throughout his life was no cakewalk. At the beginning of his IT career, he quickly realized he wasn’t a good coder and had an affinity towards people management and transitioned to playing leadership roles in the corporate world by mastering the communication game.
