As Head of Sales & Service Marketing & Sales CRM for a Super Luxury Brand, I was responsible for ensuring great CX. My rigor in delivering customer satisfaction targets on CSI and NPS, enabled me to thrive in this role. Additionally, I served as the point person for everything on Digital Business, ATL, BTL, Events, or customer initiatives, ensuring that retail team was aligned with customer needs. I have built an online premium buyer persona analysis system & later built a 360-degree Data One View & customer persona profiler for Luxury Brands HNI buyers. This resulted in incremental sales purely attributed to the initiative. The sales team was able to get incremental volumes just on the strength of better understanding and access to the customer golden record. Professionally, I’m motivated by responsiveness, timeliness, & discipline. As a result of my work, I’ve been recognized amongst top 100 Marketing leaders & in the last 8 years, I received > 6 awards & recognitions in the areas of Online Business, CX, CRM & Data Quality. These achievements are indicative of the work I put in towards making things better & easier for the customer & for those serving the customer. Outside of work, I recharge myself thru' yogic practices, reading, creating content on LinkedIn, writing & honing my photography, image and video editing skills. What I appreciate about my life is being able to pursue my professional goals & passion with equal gusto. This makes me supportive, a better & a balanced person. At Present, I am assisting & contributing towards creation of an Online Cheatsheet resource for Electric Vehicles, something which came out from deep inside me, as an Electrical Engineer.
