The remaining 9 (and counting) have been in the digital product management domain. In the product management area, I have held different roles. Then a very short stint at BillDesk before I moved to Oxigen Wallet where I played a critical role in improvising the bills & recharges, 'load money', and gift cards section, apart from revamping the app and website to make it customer-first, finally leaving at Deputy General Manager level. Later, my stint was with Aakash Digital as a Lead Product Manager ensured I optimize their core app and processes of Aakash iTutor along with introducing an innovative automation-led doubt solving feature. The hybrid, blended learning, and sales models we introduced were well-accepted by the student community.
