As a Product Development Engineer III at Phenom People, I apply my skills and knowledge in web-based enterprise applications, Java, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and Agile methodologies to create innovative solutions for talent experience management. I have over eight years of experience in design and development of SaaS and CRM products, with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience. In my current role, I manage project planning, feature prioritization, release and sprint coordination, and risk management for various product enhancements and integrations. I work closely with the Product and UX teams to deliver features that meet the customer needs and expectations. I also collaborate with the Architect to ensure system stability and scalability. Some of the projects that I have contributed to include refactoring the bulk-upload feature, conducting a POC for a Messaging Platform, and developing a utility JAR for Spring and Play. I am passionate about learning new technologies and frameworks, and constantly seek to improve the quality and efficiency of my work.
