Eventually, I landed a job with the Bank of New York Mellon, and I was excited to start this new chapter of my life. 2019 - "From Employee to Entrepreneur: My First Journey into the World of Startups and Entrepreneurship" The journey of Mitti Ke Rang and my experience as an entrepreneur. Leaving my job and diving headfirst into ecommerce was a bold decision, but the journey has been filled with valuable lessons and tremendous success. Together as co-founders, We successfully bootstrapped our business, Mitti Ke Rang, to phenomenal heights. Despite launching during the uncertain times of COVID-19, Mitti Ke Rang has surpassed all expectations, scaling from zero to over 10,000+ orders and generating an impressive revenue of more than 10 Million INR. Our expertise in managing over 500+ vendors from across India has allowed us to excel in areas such as Shopify, shipment processing, digital marketing campaigns, customer retention, and product improvement. Our passion for growth has led us to acquire valuable skills in newsletters, podcasting, finance management, cash flow, tech development, blogs, and public relations. Our journey has been nothing short of phenomenal, and we have learned about over 1000 unique products along the way. 3) Solo Backpacking - K2K & A2B ( Kanyakumari to Kashmir & Arunachal Pradesh to Bombay) Let me tell you, there's nothing quite like the thrill of solo backpacking on a tight budget. I've been fortunate enough to explore over 100 cities in recent years, including a six-month adventure that changed my life. When I left my old job, I wanted to unlearn and relearn with a fresh perspective - so I set off on a whim with just 17,500 INR and two humble outfits to my name. 4) Community Building & Networking - For over a decade, building communities and networking has been my driving passion. I've had the privilege of hosting tons of amazing offline meetups across India and creating thriving online communities that connect people from all over the world. 5) Currently Building - Hello Sports - My 2nd startup which we launched in 2022.
