Resume Makeover with Amit Choudhary

Service description

Your resume has about 6 seconds to impress a recruiter. Let's make them count.

I've spent 15+ years on the hiring side, leading HR and talent acquisition across India, the UK, Australia, the USA and South Africa. In this session, I'll review your resume the way a recruiter and hiring manager actually do, and show you exactly what to fix.

What you'll get:

1. Feedback on content, structure and impact
2. Help turning duties into measurable achievements (for example, "cut turnaround time by 25%" instead of "managed HR operations")
3. ATS-friendly formatting and keyword guidance for your target role
4. A stronger summary that hooks recruiters in the first few lines
5. Clear advice on what to cut, what to keep and what to highlight
6. A short list of action points you can apply right away

How it works:

1. Book your slot and share your resume (PDF or Word) and your target role or job description
2. I review it before our call
3. We go through it together on a live session, with honest and practical feedback
4. You leave with a clear, prioritized edit list

Best for:

1. Freshers and early-career professionals
2. Career switchers
3. Managers aiming for senior or leadership roles
