Coming from one of the most remote locations of India in East Champaran Bihar, Amit Kumar Choubey is a Techno-Socio-policy Entrepreneur with education of Electronics and Communication Engineering @ Dr MGR Deemed Univ, Chennai, LLB, MA Governance & Development @ IDS-Sussex Univ, England, MPA @ LKYSPP- National University of Singapore, Singapore and Chevening Gurukul Fellow at Oxford University, England. Dozens of Action research papers published globally, his educational journey started from Govt. School (under tree) system. Bridging Governance gaps and developing policy execution model is his strong area, through which he had impacted life of more than 30 million people in Bihar and Jharkhand with focus over catering most marginalized schedule cast & tribal community. His has also planted and maintained 60 lakh tree saplings. His many policy execution models have been adopted by govt. of Bihar and Govt. of Jharkhand. He is working towards developing 1000 tribal villages of West Singhbhum, Khunti, Simdega , Ranchi, Bokaro, Jamtara and Godda. Amit had also skilled and placed around 1,00,000 youth coming from most marginalized section of society across India. Execution of Post Matric scholarship scheme had benefitted around 52000 SC & ST students across india. His public health interventions provided completely free treatment to 3.8 million (38 lakh) and created livelihood through skill development & community resource management for 1 million poorest among poor people through organization named SANMAT. He also holds IPR license for AI based invention to mainstream rural community with market. Amit is founder of SANMAT Trust, Qsignage Pte ltd, Singapore, Bihar School of Idea and Innovation, Johar Nyay (To provide Free legal support to undertrial prisoners of Tribal Community) and Bihar-Jharkhand Social Entrepreneurs Association-(association of 37000 NGOs of Bihar Jharkhand). Other than above he had published more than 13 research papers and won many awards like special achievement award, Rajendra Prasd Memorial Award, Bihar Ratna, Social Impact award, Li ka shing fellowship award, Unesco A Youth Icon award, Social hero award, Excellence in Research award and many more.
