About me
My research interests are:
* Healthcare Informatics: Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning, information retrieval, semantics, Biomedical Ontology, knowledge representation and reasoning, patient data linkage, data de-identification, analytics, image non-image clinical data correlation.
* Medical Image Analysis: image processing, image registration, image segmentation, object recognition, machine vision, and image classification.
* Medical Image-guided Interventions: instrument tracking (optical, magnetic and camera-based), ultrasound-based image-guided diagnosis (Bx of prostate, and liver), robotic vision.
