When I first stepped into IT, I didn’t have much guidance. I had to figure out my own path—through Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Solution Consultant roles—mostly around ServiceNow, but also in broader contexts. To make sense of it all, I leaned on simple tools like SWOT analysis, and slowly discovered what direction fit me best. It wasn’t easy, but that process shaped me. Now, I feel a genuine drive to help others avoid that uncertainty. I want to share what I’ve learned and support them in exploring their options, finding clarity, and building a roadmap that feels right for them. If even one person feels a little less lost because of my experiences, I’ll consider that a success.
