I am a Graduate student in Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) in Masters Of Intelligent Information Systems (MIIS) where I will be learning and doing research in the field of NLP and information extraction. I have done my undergrad in Information Technology, with a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIIT Allahabad. I have done research in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Human Robot Interaction during my time in undergrad. I aspire to use NLP in the space of healthcare to build more advanced techniques and bring it in the hands of consumers. At my time in the industry working as a Software Developer in companies like LinkedIn and CRED, I have worked extensively on building scalable fault tolerant microservices in frameworks like Java and Go. During this time, I have built zero to one products and developed mission critical services for the company. When I am not coding, I enjoy reading books, playing badminton, doing theatre, and writing about it.
