If your child is below 7 years old, this call and any coaching that follows is focused entirely on you as the parent — building your calm, confidence, and life-coaching support as you raise them. I don't coach children under 7 directly.

If your child is 8 years or older, I work with both of you separately — you as the parent, and your t(w)een(8-19 yrs old) to strengthen focus, build discipline, and achieve growth — each with your own dedicated outcomes.
