My expertise is Psycho-Spiritual Method- where I combine psychological concepts with spiritual insights. I have been a behavioural consultant for the last 10+ years, facilitated + coached global teams, and worked with over 10,000 people in groups. In parallel, studied and practiced mindfulness for last 15+ years through different paths. I live in Tiruvannamalai, a spiritual powerhouse in South India with my Guru. My life is devoted to mindfulness, meditation, and the spreading peace in the world through 1 session at a time. I enjoy cooking, baking and doing up my space in my free time. I have solo travelled for last 16 years and lived over a year in Rishikesh, Goa, Auroville and now Tiruvannamalai.
