Using the Hope & Healing Wheel, these sessions are designed to help you work through your grieving process.

This Hope & Healing series requires a 12 week commitment. You'll be guided through your grief with someone who is familiar with your pain.

I am a widow whose husband died in October 2021. I've been on my own grief journey. While I know that we all grieve differently, I also know that there are common elements we all experience.

You'll be provided a journal/workbook that you can use online or print for handwritten notes and coloring.

This series follows the structure of the Living Through Loss series, but is tailored to your individual needs each week.
