I have over 25 years of experience – spread across academia and the corporate world. After completing my PhD from IIM Ahmedabad, I joined the marketing research industry. It was a natural transition into the Analytics domain, joining the pioneering company GE Capital. Since then, I have had the unique opportunity of working with leading companies in a wide spectrum of roles spanning various functional areas. The companies include HSBC, TCS, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, RBS, ADP and Reliance Retail. I have worked in various capacities and handled range of responsibilities. I have worked in a matrix organization, managing teams at multiple location. I, then utilized this experience in my other passion – teaching. I have taught for over 5 years at leading business schools like IIMs at Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Jammu, Udaipur, and Amritsar, IIT Jodhpur, IFMR GSB at Krea University, Flame University, IMT Ghaziabad, SP Jain Global School of Management, Welingkar’s, and Nirma School of Management, Ahmedabad. Besides MBA/ BBA programs, I have taught extensively in the executive education programs as well. I have built on my data science experience, and taught areas of Business Intelligence, AI, Sales Analytics, Customer Relationship Management, Statistics, Marketing Research, Customer Centricity, Appreciation of Data Science among others in the executive management programs. For the business school students, I have taught courses in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Marketing Research, Business Research Methodology, CRM, Consumer Behaviour and Services Marketing.
