Hi! I'm Amarjeet Prakash, and I'd like to express my gratitude for your interest in reading about me! Amarjeet Prakash is a 4th-Year law (B.A. LL.B. Hons.) student of the Faculty of Law, Marwadi University, Rajkot. He completed his 12th board in Commerce subject in 2019. Recently, he completed his thirteen-month (6-month physical and 7-month virtual) internship under the guidance of Advocate Pushkar Sharma (Supreme Court) (beginning January 2022- ended January 2023). In these thirteen months, he drafted and worked on more than fifteen (S.L.P), and eight (T.P), obtained four bails on his drafts for the Criminal Case, and conducted a number of client presentations, Client Interviews, and other similar activities. He joined NADA India Foundation New Delhi (beginning July 2021- till now), where he is a Haryana state Intern. His first internship was at the Gujarat State Human Rights Commission, and he has subsequently completed additional virtual internships with various small legal firms. Additionally, he is involved in a variety of extracurricular activities at the institution. For instance - Member of Moot Court Core Committee 2021- 2022 - Faculty of Law (M.U.). Student Secretary (Boys) 2021- 2022 - Cultural Committee of the Faculty of Law (M.U.). Member of Legal Aid Society - Faculty of Law (M.U.). Additionally, when it comes to his hobbies, he enjoys riding, going away from the bike, watching movies, writing stories, creating films, and editing videos... Previously, During his tenth class studies, in January 2017 he established a marriage bureau named Amar Matrimonial Bureau in his city, which grew to be the greatest within 15 months, with 10 employees and 200+ agents not only in that city, but also in other neighbouring cities. Simultaneously, in January 2018, using funds gained from the marriage bureau, he established another business called Happiness. This bussiness offered same-day groceries, stationery, and fruit delivery. In 2019, the mercury to close permanently both businesses due to 12th board exams and further studies / many personal reasons. After completing his 12th board, he considered continuing his business and enrolled at a local college for a B.Com degree. Subsequently he launched a furniture business called Empire Furniture House, which was also quite prosperous. After roughly six months, he gained knowledge from all of these experiences and a new desire emerged in his heart to study law; then he chose to liquidate all of his businesses to pursue his education.
