Fusing technology and business experience, I sit between disciplines as a catalyst of digital transformation, delivering impactful outcomes for globally operational businesses. I am a problem solver and partner, who seeks to leverage tech and automation for optimisation and efficiency. Most recently this has been shown in $28bn company Nutrien’s HRIS and digital transformation, leading the design and delivery of a sector-leading analytics and insights platform and capability supporting strategic workforce planning and employee lifecycle management for 24k employees. This transformational project has created strategic advantage through new functionality and automation. Prior to this, I have spearheaded major projects across functions, delivering multimillion-dollar value, including an asset management process improvement system for Sydney Trains that reduce budget spent by $100m. Recognised as a thought leader in the SAP Community, I have been invited to speak at industry events such as Mastering SAP and SAP User Group, where I share my insights and expertise. I have also been nominated for the SAP Best-Run Project, acknowledging my commitment to excellence in technology integration. With a deep understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams, I am skilled in change management and adoption.
