I am currently working as a Senior Product Manager, leading critical payment intelligence products such as Early Detect Insights and Transaction Plus at Mastercard. These products are part of the Payment Performance Intelligence suite and play a key role for both acquiring and issuing banks by enhancing transaction monitoring, fraud detection, and overall payment performance. Prior to this, I was with American Express in the Data Risk Product Strategy team within Credit and Fraud Risk. There, I managed non-functional requirements, product health, release management, and operational risk events for digital products under the data risk portfolio. Earlier in my career, I worked at Deloitte USI, where I served global clients including Meta, Apple, and NatWest. I bring over 5 years of experience across the Product, Financial Services, and life sciences domains, with a strong focus on product strategy, analytics, and risk management. I hold a Master of Science in Operational Research from Hansraj College.
