As a Product Manager at Stashfin, I lead the development and improvement of products that enable easy and hassle-free access to credit for customers. I collaborate with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver features and solutions that enhance user experience, retention, and satisfaction. I have a background in product analytics, data reporting, product research, and product engagement. I have worked on cloud telephony, AI-enabled and automation products in the fintech and software domains, increasing performance metrics, reducing churn, and resolving customer issues. I have a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where I also held leadership roles in marketing and entrepreneurship initiatives. I am passionate about creating products that solve real-world problems and add value to users. Additionally, I recently took a 1.5-month [Jun-Jul'24] wellness leap to improve my lifestyle and build new confidence before embarking on a professional journey. During this break, I completed 2 Vipassana sessions (one sitting and one service, totaling 250+ hours of meditation), developed a running habit (covering 100+ km), hiked mountains (covering 50+ km during the first week), and started long trail cycling (covering 100+ km) along with gyming every day after the break. This period allowed me to rewire my thinking and regain a renewed sense of confidence, which I am excited to bring into my next role. I like mountain hikes, running, meditation, gyming, dance & have a diverse taste in music.
