Currently responsible for L&D, OD, & Associate Engagement interventions at ACG Capsules worldwide for 3500+ associates across our 10 locations worldwide in the role of HR COE. Involved in multiple high stake projects like World Economic Forum, Great Place to Work, SAP LMS implementation to name a few. Previously looked at Learning & Development interventions @Cybage Software with an employee size of over 8000. Chiefly handled retraining & cross-training for 800 people strong dynamic bench pool to prepare them for incoming projects at Cybage. Built the program from ground up, in collaboration with development team. Prior to that, he transformed the Training & Development function for 2500 people strong workforce at Force Motors, Pithampur plant. Additionally, he was responsible for driving the HRIS project (for L&D) at the firm. Aman has an innate knack for Learning & Development. He is relentlessly curious, exercises no boundaries in pursuing his interests, is a truly interdisciplinary man of many trades, and a philomath - aspiring to be a polymath.
