Hi there, BobaTalks students! I'm here for you if you're feeling lost.

It's okay to feel confused during this time in your life. We all go through it. I'll help you as much as possible! 💖

Please read before scheduling a call with me! ↓

Rules:

1. Please be respectful of my time and I'll be respectful of yours!
2. When you schedule a chat with me, please have a specific and clear goal in mind (Ex.: "I come from a non-traditional tech background, and I was planning on transitioning into a product design/ other type of career in tech. I'd love to learn more about your experience, so I can decide if this path is right for me."). If your call request is vague (Ex.: "Early career advice"), I'll cancel it.
3. Please come prepared with questions. This session will be valuable to you if you do your research beforehand and lead the call.
4. If you need to reschedule/ cancel, please contact me via LinkedIn or click the "reschedule" button in the TopMate email.

What I can help you with:

• Early career advice (choosing a career path, imposter syndrome, breaking into tech with a non-traditional tech background, networking, etc.)
• General mental health-related questions (how to navigate loneliness in college, self-care, self-love, etc.).
• POC/ WOC experience in tech
• Product design career-related questions (pros and cons of being a product designer, what I wish I knew before becoming a product designer, etc.)
• Internship-related advice (networking, how to make the most out of your internship, etc.)
• General life advice (creating genuine connections with people, relationships, etc.)

I don't do... (I can provide you with resources to help you out!)

• Portfolio reviews
• Interview prep
• Portfolio presentations

Please note...

I'm still quite early in my career journey, so I might not have all the answers to your questions. However, I'll try to help you the best I can and provide you with resources (if needed).

After you've scheduled a call
