I think the best word to describe myself is: "Lifelong Learner". Holding a Ph.D. degree in Business administration. My thesis is about "Sales Management". I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing in Istanbul Topkapi University. In my 20+ years of professional life, I completed several projects in various departments. My current focus is digital transformation projects. Some examples are: CRM (Salesforce.com, Zoho, FreshSales), Sales re-organization, HR Candidate Tracking Systems, Employer Branding, Agile HR, Agile Sales, Agile Project Management projects. I have a passion for Marketing but HR is my love. Like to find talented candidates especially for IT. Developed several digital training systems and materials for past companies. There are many training programs i teached including: Leadership, Sales, Marketing. I am teaching all kind of marketing classess like Marketing 101, Marketing 5.0, Consumer Behavior.
