I'm the Founder of Spacebar, a Content Marketing agency that helps brand communicate with their audiences using the right narrative. My organisation has evolved over the decade, from a content writing setup when we started in 2013 to a full-stack content agency today, with design, SEO, social media and digital ads as part of our service kitty. My experience as a full-time Teach For India Fellow has helped me lot in understanding human learning styles - something that's essential for communication. At TFI, I taught 150 5th, 6th and 7th graders at a low income school in Mumbai. I, along with my co-fellows at this school, was responsible for measuring, monitoring and quantifiably enhancing the academic skills of these underprivileged students, over a period of 2 years. Post my fellowship, I have successfully run a sponsorship programme for many of these kids so that they could fund their junior college and graduation. Before all of the above, I spent 7 years as a Management Consultant at Ernst & Young. EY hugely augmented my problem-solving skills and gave me crucial insights into processes and methodologies used by successful organisations. My ex-bosses from EY are my mentors for life!
