Started out my career in the restaurant industry. After managing restaurants and coffee chains I looked for a path that would allow me to utilize my people skills and technical abilities. Throughout my time working at iDigital (Apple retail) and passing the Guru examinations, I was enlightened by a single sentence "Sell benefits and not features" From that point on I've dedicated my life and career to a product management. Since then I've touched hundreds of products in different shapes and forms, while using my technical skills to go deep into data architecture. As I have mentored over 160 product managers across the globe, two aspects of product work drive me forward: Understanding user needs and simplifying processes.
