As a young person, I have always been intrigued by the little things that change the world and how our actions can impact the way things around us function. I am fascinated by the interconnectedness of everything, and this passion drives my work today. My personality and career have progressed through an appreciation for these intersections. Currently, I am working as a Data Fellow with JPAL-South Asia on a project examining the relationship between climate, agriculture, and health. I am deeply connected to nature, and this connection prioritizes my work around and for it. My journey in championing environmental causes began with extensive involvement in grassroots initiatives spanning diverse regions of India, working with indigenous tribal and grassroots communities. Subsequently, I contributed my expertise to a government organization in India, actively engaging in shaping environmental policies, sustainable agricultural policies, and fostering sustainable supply chains. As the Contact Point for the Loss and Damage Working Group at YOUNGO, which is the official youth constituency of UNFCCC, I have shaped youth climate action statements and coordinated for several UNFCCC events, ensuring youth voices are prominently represented in global climate negotiations. Recently, I was selected as a UN Youth Food Systems Coordination Hub Young Leader, advocating for young people in food systems and climate resilience. My vision is simple: to continue my dedicated efforts toward creating a better planet.
