I have over 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), a field that I am passionate about and committed to. As the Director of Digital Identity at RedMatter Solutions, I help government agencies mature their Identity, Credentials, and Access Management (ICAM) program, by wearing multiple hats such as project manager, business analyst, and solution architect. I work with a variety of IAM applications, including SailPoint, CyberArk, Radiant Logic, and Okta, to streamline processes and enhance security for my customers. Besides my consulting work, I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise with others through various channels. I am a LinkedIn Learning Instructor, where I create informative videos on IAM topics such as the framework, concepts, and career advice. I also host a YouTube channel called All Things Identity, where I cover more IAM-related content and offer career services such as resume review, mock interviews, and mentorship. My goal is to help others understand the importance of IAM in today's digital landscape and to help them get the job they want at a fraction of the cost.
