With over 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving success for engineering organizations. I specialize in implementing end-to-end programs that improve product quality and site reliability, using cutting-edge technologies such as AI and LLM. I have a strong technical background in software skills such as Python, Git, Linux, Tableau/Domo, SQL, HTML, APIs, Kafka, MongoDB, Postgres, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Currently, I am the Lead Technical Program Manager at Notable, where we are using AI and LLM to transform patient care. I am responsible for creating processes for technical debt prioritization, developing incident management and observability workflows, and working on high-impact projects that deliver AI and LLM powered solutions for hospitals and patients. I also have experience as a product manager for the insurance intake product.
