About the student:
✅ Age, class, and board (CBSE / ICSE / State Board) ✅ Current academic performance — strong subjects and weak ones ✅ Interests, hobbies, or passions (even non-academic ones) ✅ Any career ideas or streams the child has shown interest in
About your concerns:
✅ Why are you considering career counselling now? ✅ Specific decisions you're trying to make (stream selection, college, course, etc.) ✅ Your family's expectations and any constraints (budget, location, etc.)
Before the call:
✅ I strongly recommend the child joins the call too — career decisions work best when the student is involved ✅ Join from a quiet space with stable internet ✅ Keep recent report cards or marks handy if possible ✅ Have a notebook ready to take notes
