Hi, I’m Sharmista! I first came to Dublin in 2018 to pursue my MSc in Marketing at UCD Smurfit School, not knowing just how life-changing the experience would be. What began as a personal journey evolved into a purpose-driven mission, helping aspiring students navigate their Study Abroad dreams through my YouTube channel, Alive To Tell A Tale. Since 2020, I’ve shared real, unfiltered insights on everything from college applications and visa processes to student accommodation in Ireland, the UK, and across the globe, based on my own lived experience as an international student. After a pandemic-induced move back to India and a few years working in media and influencer marketing, I returned to Dublin in 2023. It was the unexpected recognition from subscribers in public places that reminded me of the impact my content had made and why I started in the first place. Now, I’m back with the same passion and intent: to help make your Study Abroad journey easier, clearer, and better informed.
