I have been working as a Recruiter for the past 13 years. I have experience of recruiting for bulk, lateral, niche and campus positions for popular companies in the BPO, ECommerce, Advertising and Ad tech industries. I have worked in both business and technical roles. I am extremely passionate about career development and helping people identify and develop their areas of interest. In my free time, I learn languages, read and binge watch Netflix. Thriller and crime mysteries are my favorites.
