Resume review

Most resumes don't get rejected. They get ignored.

In 11+ years I have been on both sides of the table — submitting resumes to companies like Goldman Sachs and PayPal, and reviewing candidates as a senior engineer. I know what makes a resume get a callback and what makes it disappear into a pile.

This is a 45-minute session where we go through your resume together, line by line.

What I look at:

• Clarity — Does it communicate what you actually did, or just what your job title was?
• Impact — Are your achievements quantified or just described?
• Positioning — Does it match the roles you are targeting, or is it a generic document?
• Red flags — Gaps, vague language, formatting issues that silently hurt your chances
• ATS readiness — Whether it survives automated screening before a human even sees it

What you will leave with:

Specific, actionable feedback on every section — not "add more metrics" but exactly which bullets to rewrite and how. If your resume needs a significant overhaul, I will tell you that too.
