I am a dedicated Piping and Pipeline Stress Engineer with over 2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Fertilizer sectors. My expertise spans across managing a wide range of critical projects, working with equipment such as AFCs, pumps, blowers, tanks, drums, S&T heat exchangers, columns, flare lines, buried and above-ground flow lines, and wellheads. Core Competencies: • Conducting Stress Analyses for piping systems linked to equipment, including Pumps, Heat Exchangers, AFCs, Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Columns, and Tanks. • Ensuring compliance with ASME codes, project standards, and specifications. • Conducting modeling of critical line circuits using Caesar-II software. • Performing Secondary Stress Calculations such as Flange leakage check, WRC 107/297 check, and Trunnion Calculation. • Executing static equivalent analyses for seismic, wind load, slug flow, PSV Force analysis as per the load case philosophy. • Identifying critical lines based on defined rules for both Static and Rotary Equipment. • Evaluating piping loads to ensure they fall within allowable nozzle loads. • Providing pipe loading information to the Civil/Structure department. • Preparing comprehensive documentation for Piping Stress Analysis. • Planning and scheduling Stress Deliverables. • Addressing general queries from clients, contractors, or internal company departments related to pipework aspects. • Formulating formal responses to client comments and advising piping designers to improve flexibility.
