Currently serving as a Talent Engagement Specialist at Emergent Holdings (a subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan), I design and lead enterprise-wide internship and talent development programs that connect academic potential with real-world impact. With an MBA in Human Resource Management, SHRM-SCP certification, and over five years of corporate HR and talent strategy experience, I’ve built expertise in: Early Career Programs – designing, scaling, and measuring internship experiences that drive innovation and retention. Talent Experience & Engagement – creating initiatives that align with organizational culture and improve employee lifecycle touchpoints. Executive Collaboration – partnering with C-suite leaders to deliver strategic workforce solutions. Outside of work, I serve on the board for SHRM chapters, lead social media/marketing initiatives for professional HR organizations, and share career development insights with my community as the “Fairy HR Mother.” My mission is simple: to empower emerging talent and inspire organizations to create workplaces where people and business grow together.
