Hi, I'm Alexia! I'm a product manager at a Fintech firm who loves to focus on bringing the best of UX and functionality in products. I enjoy solving problems and focus on learning continuously. I've worked extensively on medium to complex product development briefs from scratch with customers and have successfully executed them keeping in mind their overall company, business and product strategies. There is no feeling like building something out with cross functional teams and see it come to life! Over time, I've been able to identify patterns in what makes a product successful. I've led the Fintech practice at my previous firm where we defined product strategy with leaders, identified and validated opportunities, created roadmaps and managed teams to execute the prioritised products. I also have extensive experience in managing revenues for these products and liaising with sales to enable them to sell better.
