I am a technical leader who solves complex problems at scale. With the big picture in mind, I enjoy collaborating where support is needed: From creating a strategy with decision makers, to actively contributing code. As a people manager I focus on the individual journey, mentoring, coaching and supporting people to be successful in their roles. Lately working with cloud-based, event-driven, microservice architecture using: Spring Boot, AWS, REST, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes. Utilizing Agile Methodologies, DDD, TDD, CI/CD and pair programming along the way.
