Hi there! I'm Alexandria, an experienced Program Manager (PgM) with a background in tech and operations industries for seven+ years. As a PgM, I get the opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders and lead initiatives to help improve the customer experience. My daily tasks include leading working group meetings, reviewing performance data to identify process gaps/improvement opportunities, creating decks or one-pagers to communicate program vision/goals and meeting with senior leadership to understand how they view success and quantify impact. Outside of work, I am passionate about helping others in their career planning. I launched my Career Services company - No Ceilings in October 2022. My offerings include: resume creation, mock interviews, identifying roles that align with short/long-term goals, written communication to recruiters, LinkedIn profile optimization & more. My overarching goal is to help minorities land positions primarily in tech, by providing the services listed above.
