What to Expect:

• Transformation: Expect to have the most profound and transformational 2 hours you have ever had. I am committed that by the end of our meeting, you will see your life and/or business from a new and empowered perspective.

• Confidentiality: Our relationship will be built on a foundation of trust and openness, essential for achieving profound results.

• Preparation: Please bring a notebook and a pen, and ensure that you can dedicate two uninterrupted hours to our session. Phone off.

• Reflection: I recommend setting aside one quiet hour post-session for reflection to fully absorb and contemplate our discussion.

Important Notes:

1. Confidentiality is paramount. Our interactions will remain private, fostering a secure environment for growth.

2. Come prepared. No distractions. This time is solely for you and it might be the most transformational 2 hours in your life. Eliminate all urgent matters during this time.

3. Allow at list one hour Post-session for reflection. This is crucial for internalising insights.

4. My motivation is driven by my purpose and passion for coaching and the profound joy I derive from transforming peoples lives.

5. No promise that we will continue to work together. Due to the highly personalised nature of my coaching and consultancy work, opportunities to work together are limited and highly curated. This is because I only work with a limited number clients whose life's and business I can transform.

6. You are welcome to express your interest to work together post-session if you feel a collaborative future will benefit you.

7. All meeting are held in person in London UK. Exact location will be confirmed after the booking.

8. Arrive 20 minutes before the meeting.

9. Cancellations should be made no later than 24 hours. If cancellations are made less than 24 hours in advance, re-scheduling will not be possible. (Except extreme circumstances)

10. My coaching is not for everyone and it is designed to serve you not to please you. Not a counselling session. I will say things to you that no one else will say, and this might be tough.Be prepared to face reality. I call this “Tough Love Coaching”.
