I was the founder and CEO of The Quartile Company; a boutique HR strategy & consulting firm that advised Start-ups & Venture Capitalist firm across SE Asia, India and Europe in Org building and hiring. In the past, I have worked with Matrix Partners, Zynga, JP Morgan & Kelly Services. When I am not working, I advise some of the fastest growing companies in the areas of HR & Org building. I often squeeze time to pursue my other life interests like cycling, numismatics, philately & reading.
