I’m Alen, an AI Product Engineer building production AI products, agentic AI systems, and backend infrastructure at an early-stage startup. I’ve worked on real-world engineering systems, from AI copilots and multimodal data pipelines to distributed backend workflows. Along the way, I’ve learned how to build technical skills, present engineering work effectively, and navigate the software engineering job market. I’m building practical resources for people who want to break into tech, become stronger engineers, and pursue better career opportunities. What you’ll find here: * Job-Ready Resume: Learn how to present your skills, projects, and experience in a way that helps recruiters understand your value. * Interview Preparation: Structured preparation resources for Product Engineering, AI Engineering, Applied AI, Backend Engineering, and Distributed Systems. * Career Blueprints: Understand what to learn, which skills to prioritize, and how to build a portfolio for your target engineering role. * Remote Tech Jobs Abroad: Practical guidance on finding international opportunities, identifying eligible roles, and navigating the application process. My goal is to make career preparation more structured, practical, and accessible, so you can spend less time figuring out what to do next and more time preparing for the opportunities you want.
