I’m Aleena Arif — a committed and career-focused professional with a Master’s in Business Administration (Marketing) and practical experience across banking, public sector, and sales. I’ve completed internships at Meezan Bank as a Personal Banking Officer Intern, worked with Oriflame in direct sales and customer engagement, and recently served at the Department of Tourist Services (DTS) under a government internship program. These experiences gave me hands-on exposure to relationship-building, service delivery, regulatory systems, and brand promotion. As a research presenter at BRICL 2024 and an Amal Career-Prep Fellow, I’ve developed strong skills in communication, teamwork, and personal development. I also contributed to financial literacy awareness as a Student Brand Ambassador at the State Bank of Pakistan, where I organized outreach activities. My academic journey in both HR (BBA) and Marketing (MSBA) has shaped a flexible foundation that allows me to contribute to diverse roles.
