60 mins

A focused 60-minute strategy conversation for professionals who are building, transitioning into, or looking to strengthen their work as trainers, facilitators, educators or independent learning professionals.

This call is designed to help you step back, look at your current direction, and make clearer decisions about what to build next.

What we can work through

  • Your positioning: Clarifying what you want to be known for, who you want to work with, and the kind of problems you want to solve.
  • Your offering: Thinking through how to structure your services, programs or workshop offerings so they are clear and relevant to your intended clients.
  • Your market & audience: Identifying the kinds of organisations, institutions or audiences that may be a good fit for your work.
  • Your outreach strategy: Thinking through how to approach potential clients, who to approach, and how to initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Your professional presence: Guidance on what you need to communicate your work credibly — profile, portfolio, brochure, proposal, case studies, testimonials, etc.
  • Your business model: Thinking through pricing, engagement formats, scope of work and ways of creating sustainable opportunities.
  • Your client journey: Understanding what happens between an initial enquiry and a confirmed engagement — discovery, proposal, negotiation, delivery and follow-up.
  • Your next steps: Identifying the most important priorities for your current stage and creating a practical direction to move forward.

What this call is NOT

This is not a workshop-design training session or a detailed training on facilitation methodology. Those are covered separately through my cohort-based learning programs.

Instead, this is a space to think strategically about your own practice, ask specific questions, get an experienced outside perspective, and leave with greater clarity on what to do next.

Before the call: You’ll be asked to share a little about your current work, what you’re building, and the key questions or decisions you’d like to discuss so we can use the hour meaningfully.
