I lead and manage diverse educational programs at CCA, a leading educational institution that offers quality courses and services to students and professionals. I implement innovative strategies for program development and student success, such as integrating learning technologies and neuroscience principles in my lesson plans. I also manage projects effectively to enhance educational outcomes and develop and mentor students through tailored guidance and support. In addition to my role at CCA, I am also a Business Excellence Manager at Seeding Brains, where I design and deliver courses for young and adult learners and manage company partnerships and client portfolios. I have a Master of Arts in English Literature from Government Autonomous College, Rourkela, a CELTA certification from the University of Cambridge, and a Green Belt Global counselling certificate. I have also completed multiple courses and certifications in educational neuroscience, communication training, corporate training, teaching pedagogies, and modern soft skills. I am passionate about creating engaging curriculums, working with multidisciplinary faculty, and creating an impactful learning environment.
