Akshita Susan Varghese is a Bachelor of Science student in Psychology. She is an aspiring I-O Psychologist and has a vision to empower the propitious aspects of an Organization the "Human Resources", by which they become the best version of themselves which helps them to contribute to the organization in the best way possible and by this everyone grows together and this world becomes a better place. Akshita is an individual who gives her best and fullest efforts into whatever roles, responsibilities and tasks she takes care of, she is a team player who can lead her team and achieve the goals. A great initiator, who can juggle on multiple tasks. Working as an Intern and as a Volunteer with different organization in various roles and for causes paved way for her to learn and get exposure to many realms. She was recognized as the Star Performer and the Best Intern titles for her work and efforts for the betterment of the organization.
