How to Build an Alternate Career

About Me

I recently stepped away from my role as a Senior Product Manager due to toxic work environment. Over the next 12 months, I'm focused on building a career that aligns with my passions and values, exploring areas that truly excite me.

Visionaries like Naval Ravikant have predicted that traditional jobs may become obsolete in the coming decade, pushing many of us to forge new career paths. In response, I'm actively experimenting in three areas:

1. Freelancing: I'm establishing a freelance product management career, particularly within the impact sector, where I can contribute to meaningful change.
2. Career Platform: I aim to empower mid-career professionals to reinvent themselves as the nature of work evolves, helping them transition into fulfilling new roles.
3. Stock Market Trading: I'm diving into trading to build an additional stream of income and develop my financial acumen.

This journey is not just about career growth; it's also about personal well-being. I’m dedicating the next year to spending quality time with my family, prioritizing my emotional and physical health, and reading some great books.
