At IBM iX, my focus is on elevating user experiences by integrating design systems and enhancing usability. Our team led the upgrade of design systems for a Swiss bank's applications, ensuring a seamless user interface. Additionally, we revamped an internal IBM application using the IBM Carbon Design System, demonstrating a commitment to consistency and efficiency. Previously with ValueLabs, I harnessed user insights through interviews and data analysis to inform design choices, fostering engagement and satisfaction. Our collaborative efforts across teams fortified end-to-end user experiences. My proficiency in Figma and graphic design, combined with my user research skills, underpins my ability to craft solutions that resonate with users while meeting business objectives.
