Getting your first CFP accepted, or making the talk you already have land better.

I've spoken at many Droidcon and Android Makers, given keynotes, and reviewed my share of submissions. We can work on whichever end you're at:

• The CFP: why reviewers pick one abstract over another, and how to make yours legible in the thirty seconds it gets
• The talk: structure, the story spine, slides that support you instead of competing with you
• The delivery: rehearsal feedback before you go on stage
