Akshay honestly explained what it takes to be a PM, who should be a PM, and why one should become a PM. The clarity he brought to explaining what product management is was a different level. Having worked with many other PMs, Akshay definitely stands out from them and he believes that 'users are right almost all the time' -> Most honest statement I can say. I will definitely consider his advice and suggestions that he has given me and will start working on them.
