My role as a Software Test Engineer involves identification, reporting and resolving critical bugs found in software. Throughout the testing of software, I tend to maintain and manage the test cases in MS-Excel format and thus also possess good knowledge of working in Test Rail or MS-Excel (a Microsoft product).
