WHAT I DO: -Requirement gathering and solution design and development for the digital manufacturing process. -Development of New Shopfloor pages and custom widget integration in the page. -Generation, creation, and customization of EBR process. -Generating new applications in MOC, SMA, and AIP. -Development of Web service and integration with UI and API calling in Power Bi and NodeRED. -Creation of backend hydra script to fulfill the requirement. -Debug process and provide customer support. -Hands-on experience with different web application development and deployments for manufacturing, pharmaceutical plant, Pulp and Paper and Automotive Industry or organization individual and with the team. -Document creation like function specifications, design specifications, test scripts, and training documents. -Strong analytical skills used in business and requirements analysis during various engagements. -Strong programing, debugging skills, and logical concept understanding skills -Experienced in both Batch as well as Discrete Manufacturing process and team management WHY I DO IT: Before joining the digital manufacturing domain, I have done my bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from a tier-1 college. I found out the MES domain is more exciting as it involves the integration with machines, decision making and finding key improvement areas in manufacturing process on the shop floor.
