Hi, I'm Akshat Negi! I'm a finance enthusiast with a knack for content creation and a passion for making an impact. Originally from Uttarakhand, I've had the privilege of experiencing the vibrant cultures of both Dehradun and Mumbai during my schooling years. My journey led me to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. Recently, I embarked on a new chapter as an MBA candidate at the esteemed Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. I'm driven by a thirst for knowledge and a desire to excel. My academic pursuits include being a recipient of the CFA Access Scholarship, as I prepare diligently for the Level I Exam. Throughout my educational journey, I've actively engaged in various extracurricular activities, from leading the student union to orchestrating the grand success of 'Euphoria 2022,' a cultural fest that brought together over 5000 guests. My professional endeavors have been equally diverse. From managing operations for multiple courses at EDU91, a bootstrap EdTech startup, to contributing to social media research at the Aam Aadmi Party, I've honed my skills in operations management and digital strategy. I've also delved into finance, interning at Recur Club where I worked in debt underwriting and strategic partnerships. Collaborating with Private Equity Firms, Venture Capitalists Firms, Investment Banking Firms and Startup Incubators, I've played a role in helping startups raise debt capital. Beyond my professional pursuits, I'm deeply passionate about music. Alongside my academic and professional commitments, I'm pursuing a Junior Diploma in Hindustani Classical Music and enjoy strumming the guitar and ukulele in my spare time.
